Bennard (Ben) Kpodoe is a Registered Behaviour Analyst (R.B.A) with The College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario, a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and founder of PurePath Wellness Inc. He holds a Diploma and a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Nursing, a Master of Applied Disability Studies (Applied Behaviour Analysis) from Brock University, and a Master of Science in Aging and Health from Queen's University. He is a product of Humber Polytechnic Post Graduate Behaviour Science program and additionally holds a Dual Post Graduate Certificate in Occupational Health and Strategic Communication. With over 15 years of healthcare experience, he brings an interdisciplinary perspective to clinical practice. Ben specialises in supporting children, youth, and adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities, mental health challenges, and age-related conditions. His expertise includes Applied Behaviour Analysis, Intensive Behaviour Intervention, nursing, behaviour gerontology, and integrated care models across residential, community, and healthcare settings.

Dedicated to evidence-based and person-centred practice, Ben focuses on staff development and interventions that promote independence, enhance well-being, and improve quality of life for the individuals and families he supports.

Rajvinder (Raj) Singh

Rajvinder (Raj) Singh is an experienced behavioural health professional who combines clinical expertise, leadership, and research engagement in his role at Purepath Wellness. He earned his B.A. in Psychology from McMaster University and is completing his M.S. in Behaviour Analysis at Simmons University.

Raj began his career as a Behaviour Support Worker and quickly advanced into clinical and leadership roles, gaining extensive experience supporting both children and adults across a wide range of settings. His work has spanned intensive behavioural intervention with children, behaviour and skill development with adults, crisis management with individuals displaying severe behaviours, and the development of training programs and curriculum for staff and leadership teams. In addition to clinical practice, Raj has supervised staff, created training initiatives, and led organizational improvements to strengthen service delivery.

Beyond practice, Raj is active in research and professional development. He has presented at the Association for Behaviour Analysis International (ABAI) conference and continues to contribute to the advancement of the field. He is also passionate about mentoring peers, reflecting his commitment to lifelong learning and supporting the next generation of professionals.

Raj holds multiple professional certifications in behavioural intervention, crisis management, and mental health, reinforcing his ability to work effectively with complex cases. His specialized expertise lies in supporting individuals with severe behaviour disorders and helping them achieve their fullest potential through individualized, evidence-based interventions.

At Purepath Wellness, Raj brings a deep respect for the science of behaviourism, a strong commitment to individualized care, and a passion for empowering clients and families. His long-term goal is to continue evolving as a scholar and leader in Applied Behaviour Analysis, taking on the most complex cases with confidence and compassion.
